Is Glenn Beck a terrifying lunatic clown, whose historical revisionism only serves to support his twisted brand of populism, or is he a whip-smart self-promotional genius in it for the bucks?
What an article, and what a book! I believe that regarding the Glenn Beck phenomenon, it’s not Glenn Beck, himself, who represents the greatest danger but, rather, the cretins who hang on his every word and the fact that we must share a country with these poor, deluded, champions of fantasy.
I should have called his morons the Champions of Fantasy and Hate.

From the article:’Glenn Beck promoted The Red Network: A “Who… See More’s Who” and Handbook of Radicalism for Patriots, stating that the book is “from people who were doing what we’re doing now. We now are documenting who all of these people are.” However, the book’s author, Elizabeth Dilling, was a virulent anti-Semite, and The Red Network itself contains numerous passages that espouse anti-Semitism and racism.’

Apparently, there are virulent anti-Semitic passages in the book as well. So, do you think that Elizabeth Dilling is hateful? A simple “yes” or “no” will do.

Who is saying blacks are persecuted ?
Let me summarize this at a grade-school level. The author, Elizabeth Dilling, whose book, “The Red Network: A ‘Who… See More’s Who’ and Handbook of Radicalism for Patriots,” Glenn Beck is currently promoting enthusiastically, wrote that “The Reds,” presumably card-carrying Communists, misrepresent “The Negroes,” as she puts it, as persecuted by the very white people whose ancestors brought them to this continent and Christianized them.In other words, Beck’s friend, Dilling, doesn’t think that Blacks were- or are being persecuted. I disagree.

Jeff, I read Dilling is blaming the “Reds” for inflaming matters to make it look like “whites” are persecuting them. As far as I know…Blacks are part of human race just like you or I. As far as persecution…..I could say you are persecuting me by putting my likeness out to the world in an cartoon. Lot’s of races have been persecuted. The Blacks have had a hard road but hopefully that is behind them and they can reach any goal they choose as long as they strive just as every other human.
The point is that Beck is actively pushing Dilling’s book and Dilling is saying that the Blacks are not and have not been persecuted but that the fiction of their persecution has been foist upon us by the Communists. This sounds, to me, equivalent to Iran’s Holocaust denial, The Jews Control the World fantasy subscribed to by countless hate groups… See More, and other such fantasies concocted to justify hate and violence. I don’t see my objection to such things as the least bit radical. I do, however, see Beck’s stance, by endorsing such filth, as damned near evil.
