Soooo true! But we’re missing the ginger and wasabi?! Ever tried a crunchy Philodelphia roll w/sweet sauce? You guys gotta come visit! The best ever soooshi is in So. Lake Tahoe, CA and Seaside, OR. (only 980 miles apart but on my “route”). We can stop at my place in between to rest up and visit the deer and cats.
I have had those things with the cream cheese in them, but somehow, I doubt they have them in Japan!
